A South Carolina mother of a young boy was arrested after she ran from a traffic stop with her son in the car, deputies said Tuesday. The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office said deputies made a traffic stop along Blake Dairy Road in Anderson. They said the mother, later identified as Kristan Beacham, was in a Nissan Pathfinder with her 11-year-old son. Beacham got out of the car and ran toward a large fence, “hopping right over,” deputies said.
